The Amar Role-Playing Game
Amar RPG is a simple, yet realistic role-playing game, freely available at d6gaming.org. It is community-driven and developed by several contributors on a wiki. Use it, and suggest improvements.
The Amar Tools generate random encounters, from elves and trolls to dragons and peasants, detailed non-player characters, fully populated villages, towns and cities with maps, weather, and names for people, places and magic items. This blog post describes the tools.
