It’s finally out. Ever since it came out in 2013, I’ve had people ask for an English translation. I just couldn’t do it, because when I start translating my own work I start rewriting everything. I gave up. Until I didn’t have to do this myself.

AI did the translation. Then every chapter was checked against the Norwegian. English was fixed where it tripped. The voice is still mine: short sentences, straight talk.
The title
I became a Scientologist in 1984. Orwell’s book of the same name is no coincidence.
